Step 1:
Put the ★ ingredients in a bowl and mix well. It is better to dissolve the dashi in water (lukewarm water) once before adding
Step 2:
Add coarsely shredded cabbage to bowl 1 and mix well.
Step 3:
Put 2 in a pan with more oil, shape into a round and cook over low to medium heat. When browned, turn over and cook slowly over low heat until cooked inside. Do not press on the top as it will harden.
