Directions:

  1. Heat up the pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the oil and sear the mushrooms.
  3. Add the garlic and continue sauteing.
  4. Add ABO Miso Soup paste, continue sauteing.
  5. Add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the colour of the asparagus brightens. Be careful not to overcook the asparagus to retain a nice bite and flavour.
