Easy Motoyaki Sauce with ABO Miso Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, ABO Miso Black Pepper, (and soy sauce - optional). Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. 
  2. Spoon the sauce over the seafood.
  3. (Optional) Top with cheese/s.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at the highest temperature, and bake for 7 mins.
