Miso Love

his is the second time I have tried Chili Miso (one as a gift, one I purchased). It just has to be the perfect condiment. Chili Miso enhances just about anything you can think of. You could eat it with a spoon if you like, it is not that spicy, a little stronger than mild. Your tastebuds will not be disappointed and it has this morish aroma! I would definitely recommend Chile Miso to my friends and family.

Not Too Hot Not Too Cold

A just-right condiment to add a subtle surprise to a somewhat underflavoured dish

especially valuable in vegetarian cooking where a slight kick is often needed!

Incredible magical sauce

There are no words to describe this incredible perfect blend of flavors. All it takes is a scoop of okazu on rice to transform it to something dazzlingly delicious. It can really go on anything, meat, fish, veg. My wife even had a hankering for putting some on dark chocolate during a late work session and it is now an unintuitive new late night snack discovery for us. We gift jars of it to all our family and they love it. FYI we find the Chili Miso flavor to be the mildest, Curry spicier, and Spicy Chili Miso the most spicy.
