  • 1 cup silk/soft tofu
  • ¼ cup edamame (boiled/steamed without skin)
  • 4 Tbsp, potato starch
  • 1 Tbsp OKAZU Sanshō Pepper

Garnish with:

  • 1 Tbsp OKAZU Sanshō Pepper


  1. Mix the tofu, potato starch, and OKAZU Sanshō Pepper in a bowl using a fork or whisk, until well incorporated. If the consistency must be a bit thick, and if it is too loose, you may add more starch.
  2. Add the edamame beans, and mix well.
  3. Heat up a non-stick pan on medium, and spoon the mixture and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. May add more OKAZU Sanshō Pepper as a topping.
