Abokichi Instant Miso Soup is vegan, Non GMO and made with Gluten-Free ingredients. It also features an upcycled food ingredient, sakekasu which is a byproduct of sake brewing. Abokichi Instant Miso Soup is the only fermented drink served warm available on the market, and it's mighty delicious!
Single Serving: Add 2 Tbsp of Miso Soup paste to 250ml (1 cup) of hot water in a thermos with lid and shake. Alternatively, mix with a spoon in mug. Pot of Soup: In a saucepan, boil entire contents of packet with 1L (4 cups) of water. Add other ingredients such as vegetables, tofu and fish.
