I Just Love This Stuff! Didn’t Even Know What I Was Missing!

The ginger miso is my thing. I like the curry miso and the spicy miso too, but the ginger is really what I use most. I’m no longer a fan of extreme hot, but I love flavour, so this is perfect for anything that’s a bit bland. My daily is eating it on hard boiled eggs for a quick breakfast! What more can I say? I love it and I’d wager you will too!

Perfect Flavors!

I tried this for the first time on a rice bowl I made using freshly milled rice from Japan. The rice is special, and I wanted a chili crisp to complement that. This is now my new favorite chili crisp!! The flavors are amazing and it has just a little spiciness so it doesn’t overwhelm the foods with which it is paired. I’ve already ordered more!
