Okay wow. This stuff is amazing. Bought it from a local cow farm after a tour and it's my go to for so many things. An ideal topping for some extra umami and a little spicy bite. Mixes so well and is so flavourful in broths and sauces. I need like 4 more jars of this asap

I should have gotten the one that does not have "spicy" in its name. I was afraid that the mild one would be too mild. But this one is too spicy, overpowering the good taste of the sauce and forcing me to use very little of it.
