ABO Matcha is carefully sourced from a farm that produces Uji matcha in Kyoto, Japan. We call it wild organic because the farm’s all-natural methods support a full ecosystem of wildlife, including Japanese field hares, usagi, which this matcha is named for.

Matcha Smoothie: Blend 250ml of your favourite milk with 1 frozen banana, ½ an avocado, a handful of fresh baby spinach, and 1 tsp ABO Matcha Usagi. Add dates or honey to make it extra sweet.
