Crunchy Oyster Mushroom Pancake

  • Oyster mushrooms, 1 pack (250g)
  • Cheese, ¼ cup (your favorite melting cheeses like cheddar, mozzarella)
  • 1 TBSP potato starch
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch ground Black pepper
  • 1 TBSP OKAZU Chili Miso


  1. Finely chop the mushrooms.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mushrooms, cheese, potato starch, salt, pepper and OKAZU Chili Miso.
  3. Line a pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to form the pancake.
  4. Cook over medium heat, flipping the pancake over (with a help of a chopping board) until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Cut into desired size and serve.
