  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp mirin
  • 1 Tbsp OKAZU Chili Miso
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Garnish with:

  • cilantro, chopped
  • garlic chives, chopped
  • spring onion/scallions, chopped


  1. In a sauce pot, combine the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a simmer until the sauce is mildly reduced and well incorporated.
  3. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
