OKAZU Chili Miso Fish

This is one of our favourite salmon recipes! It's so quick and requires minimal effort and cooking. It's a perfect recipe those super busy days. You also get those Omega-3's and lean protein, which is an awesome plus!

  • Enough Atlantic salmon / Arctic Char for 4 people
  • 2 Tbsp of OKAZU Chili Miso or OKAZU Spicy Chili Miso
  • 1 tablespoon of Kozlik’s Amazing Maple mustard (I use a sweetish mustard, so either amazing maple or Russian or something like that)
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (either glaze or regular) (I usually use a balsamic fig or some kind of strong flavoured balsamic)
  • Pepper as you wish


  1. Preheat oven to 420.
  2. Wash and dry fish, and place in an oven-proof pan lined with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix chili miso, mustard, balsamic and pepper together. Spread this all over the top of the fish. When the oven is hot, put it in the middle rack and set the timer for approximately 20 minutes.
