Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp water (optional)

Directions:

  1. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Keep stirring until the cheese is melted and desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Mix in some water if the sause splits, or becomes too oily.
