OKAZU Chili Miso Garlic Confit

This is an easy recipe for an interesting upgrade to the classic Garlic Confit recipe using OKAZU Chili Miso. It is perfect for spreading on plain toast, used in sandwiches, flavoring dips, salad dressings, fillings, and added to various dishes as toppings. This can store up to a week in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 5 heads of garlic, cloves separated and peeled
- ½ cup any neutral oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp OKAZU Chili Miso
