Recipe for Salmon Delicious. This is Jess's mom, Pearl's recipe! Enjoy!

Salmon fillet placed in baking dish

<Directions>
Spread ABOKICHI OKAZU Chili Miso condiment over the entire surface of the fillet
(For a spicier version, use Spicy Okazu Chili condiment)
Pour Maple Syrup over this fish - enough so that the bottom of the pyrex or baking dish is covered.
(If you wish, you can reduce the amount of maple syrup by using soya sauce for in equal measure.)

I would suggest 350 degrees F.
30 minutes approximately. Everybody has a different oven.
Also, this works just as well with any other fish.

Beet Kinpira
Beet Kinpira

Since I am in Japan, I sent OKAZU to my Japanese friends to see how they use it.

This recipe is from one of my friends who make kinpira with beets instead of burdock roots and carrots. It's super easy and delicious, so I wanted to share it with you!
