Salmon fillet placed in baking dish
Spread ABOKICHI OKAZU Chili Miso condiment over the entire surface of the fillet
(For a spicier version, use Spicy Okazu Chili condiment)
Pour Maple Syrup over this fish - enough so that the bottom of the pyrex or baking dish is covered.
(If you wish, you can reduce the amount of maple syrup by using soya sauce for in equal measure.)

In Japan、 there is a term called ”B級グルメ”. The literal translation of this word in English is B-Grade Gourmet, but more precisely, it means “Budget Friendly Food” or “Affordable Food”. Okonomiyaki, which I will introduce today, is a typical B級グルメ food that everyone loves! It is not a luxury meal, but rather inexpensive, commonplace, yet reputedly tasty food.
My mom used to make okonomiyaki for Sunday lunch. I would like to share this recipe with you.

When I returned to Japan this summer, one of the new Japanese sweets that struck me was "Kuzu-Neri". From long-established " Wagashi" shops to 7-Eleven, these sweets can be found everywhere. I came up with this recipe before I forget its unique texture, deep taste of green tea, and exquisite sweetness.
Serve chilled, topped with Tsubuan (red bean paste), kinako (soybean flour), or kuromitsu (molasses). For a sweeter taste, serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Kuzu-Neri is a very refreshing and summery dessert. Give it a try! It is easy to make!
